We ship furniture and home accessories to selected international destinations. Shipping availability, delivery method and cost depend on the product size, weight and destination.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, we will review the product details, shipping address and delivery requirements.
For made-to-order furniture, production begins after the order and specifications have been confirmed.
Production Time
Production times vary by product. The estimated production period is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order is placed.
Customized products may require additional production time.

Delivery Time

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging when the order arrives.
If the packaging or product appears damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging.
- Take photos of the shipping label.
- Take photos or videos of the damaged area.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact us as soon as possible.
Do not discard the packaging before the issue has been reviewed.
Large Furniture Delivery
Large furniture may be delivered by freight or another specialized delivery service.
Before ordering, please check:
- Door width
- Hallway width
- Elevator dimensions
- Stair access
- Final placement area
The customer is responsible for confirming that the product can enter the property safely.
Address Changes
Please contact us immediately if the delivery address needs to be changed. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, an address change may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
