Our Making Process
1. Wood Selection
We select solid wood for its grain, stability and suitability for each design. Natural variations in colour and grain make every piece unique.
2. Material Preparation
The timber is prepared and conditioned before cutting. Careful material preparation helps improve stability and long-term performance.
3. Precision Joinery
Components are cut, shaped and fitted with close attention to proportion and structural strength. Traditional joinery principles are combined with precise modern tools where appropriate.
4. Hand Shaping and Sanding
Edges, curves and touch points are refined by hand. Each surface is sanded in stages to create a smooth, comfortable finish.
5. Finishing
The finish is applied to protect the wood while preserving its natural character. Colour and grain may vary slightly from photographs because solid wood is a natural material.
6. Final Quality Check
Before packing, we inspect the structure, surfaces, dimensions and hardware. Production time varies by product and specification. Please review our Shipping Policy and contact us to confirm the production schedule and delivery estimate before ordering.
Protected for International Delivery
Furniture is packed according to the product, destination and delivery method. Corners and vulnerable surfaces are protected first, followed by protective wrapping and an appropriate outer carton or wooden packing solution when required. Shipping is quoted separately so that we can choose a suitable delivery plan for your address.
