Shipping policy

RUIZUO ships eligible direct-purchase products and quote-only furniture from Hefei, China, to selected international destinations. All timeframes are estimates and business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1. Shipping destinations

Products that display an active “Add to cart” button qualify for free standard delivery, with no minimum spend, to the 43 countries listed below. Applicable import duties, import taxes and standard customs clearance fees are included in the product price and paid by RUIZUO.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Asia: Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel
  • Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Luxembourg

This offer currently includes selected small accessories, chairs, stools, side tables, flower and display stands, and the rotating mirror garment rack. Hong Kong SAR remains a separate destination and its shipping charge is shown at checkout. We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please contact us before ordering for an unlisted destination, island, remote area or restricted-access address.

2. Handling and production time

  • Small home accessories: 5–10 business days before dispatch.
  • Other eligible direct-purchase products: the product page or order confirmation states the applicable handling time.
  • Made-to-order or custom furniture: normally 30–60 business days before dispatch, unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Handling begins after payment, product specifications and the delivery address are confirmed.

3. Transit time after dispatch

Estimated standard transit for small accessories is 3–5 business days to the United Kingdom; 6–10 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most listed European destinations; and 11–15 business days to Ireland. For Singapore and other supported countries, contact us for the current estimate. Transit for larger direct-purchase products is confirmed with the order. Quote-only furniture normally takes 30–60 business days by standard freight or 15–30 business days by expedited freight, subject to availability.

Customs inspections, port congestion, weather, public holidays, carrier delays and local delivery conditions may extend these estimates.

4. Shipping charges

Eligible direct-purchase products displaying an active “Add to cart” button ship free by standard delivery to the 43 countries above. Duties, import taxes and standard clearance fees are included. Optional express service and destinations outside this offer require a separate quote.

Products displaying “Get delivered price” require an individual delivered-price quote before payment. The displayed product price excludes freight unless expressly stated. The quote will confirm availability, production and transit estimates, freight, insurance, import-tax responsibility and delivery service. After you approve it, we provide a secure payment link. Submitting a quote request does not place an order or take payment.

5. Customs and local charges

For eligible direct-purchase products shipped to the 43 countries above, RUIZUO pays applicable import duties, import taxes and standard clearance or brokerage fees. Contact us immediately if a carrier asks you to pay a covered charge. For quote-only furniture, other large items and other destinations, the written quote states which party pays duties, taxes and local charges before payment.

6. Furniture delivery and access

Large furniture may travel by sea freight, air freight, truck or another specialized service. Before ordering, customers must check doorway, hallway, elevator, stair and loading access. Assembly, installation, room-of-choice delivery, stair carry and packaging removal are included only when stated in writing.

7. Tracking and address changes

We provide tracking or carrier updates when available. Freight carriers may contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Address changes after production or dispatch may be unavailable or may cause extra charges and delays.

8. Delivery inspection and damage

Inspect the packaging and product at delivery. If damage is visible, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged area, retain all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours.
