This website is operated by RUIZUO FURNITURE HONG KONG LIMITED (“RUIZUO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ruizuofurniture.com, including any purchase, quote request or other interaction with our products and services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use this website or place an order. Information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately. Natural solid wood varies in grain, colour, texture and small natural markings; these variations are characteristics of the material and do not make every piece identical. Screen settings and lighting may also affect colour appearance. Please review the product page and contact us before ordering if a specification is important to you.
3. ORDERS AND QUOTATIONS
Products displaying an active “Add to cart” button may be purchased through normal checkout. Products displaying “Get delivered price” require a written delivered-price quote before payment. A quote request does not place an order or reserve inventory. We may accept, reject or limit an order or quote request where necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, restricted destinations or unavailable materials. An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Currency conversion may be approximate and your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Product prices, discounts and delivery charges shown at checkout or in an approved written quote apply to that transaction. You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charges.
5. SHIPPING, DUTIES AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, handling times, transit estimates, free-shipping eligibility, duties and delivery services are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible direct-purchase products displaying an active “Add to cart” button include free standard delivery and applicable import duties and taxes to the supported countries stated in that policy. Quote-only furniture follows the written delivered-price quote. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, customs, ports, weather, carriers and local access conditions.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND DAMAGE
Returns, cancellations, refunds and damage claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom, personalized or made-to-order products may have different cancellation and return conditions where permitted by law. Inspect goods promptly at delivery and retain packaging and photographs if damage is visible.
7. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, video and other content are owned by or licensed to RUIZUO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit its content without our prior written permission.
8. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; interfere with security or operation; collect personal information without authority; send spam; impersonate another person; or use automated tools in a way that violates applicable law or our stated access restrictions. We may suspend access where these Terms are violated.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics, social media and carriers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and fulfil orders.
11. DISCLAIMER
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be interrupted. Except for express promises in these Terms, our policies or an order confirmation, the website and services are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUIZUO and its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not exclude liability that may not legally be excluded.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify RUIZUO against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by RUIZUO.
14. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights available to consumers.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms or as otherwise required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
