1. Return Requests

Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture and international shipping process, customers must contact us before requesting a return.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once production has started or materials have been prepared, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For made-to-order furniture, please confirm all product details before placing your order.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Furniture

Many of our furniture pieces are handcrafted or produced according to customer requirements.

Customized furniture, special sizes, personalized designs, and products already in production are not eligible for standard returns.

Please confirm dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications before ordering.

4. Natural Wood Characteristics

Our furniture is made from natural solid wood.

Variations in wood grain, color, texture, and small natural marks are unique characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product
- Order number

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method.
