Small Items and Home Accessories
Free standard delivery to the 43 supported international countries listed in our Shipping Policy, with no minimum order. All small items qualify, including Golden Phoebe wood accessories. Applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the price and paid by RUIZUO, with no such charges payable by the customer on delivery. Orders ship from Hefei, China.
Small items and home accessories normally require 5–10 business days for order processing before dispatch. The delivery estimates below begin after your order has been dispatched and apply only to eligible small-item shipments.
Total estimated time from order confirmation: approximately 8–25 business days, depending on destination and service. This combines 5–10 business days of handling with 3–15 business days of transit.

Made-to-Order Furniture
Made-to-order furniture normally requires approximately 30–60 business days for production after payment, product specifications, and the delivery address have been confirmed. This production period is the handling time before dispatch.
After production is complete, estimated freight transit time is 30–60 business days for Standard Freight or 15–30 business days for Expedited Freight, subject to destination, product size, carrier capacity, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Custom and one-of-a-kind pieces may require additional production time. The estimated production and delivery schedule will be confirmed before payment or before production begins.

Tracking information or delivery updates will be provided when available after dispatch. For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery.

- For small items delivered to the 43 supported international countries listed in our Shipping Policy, RUIZUO pays the applicable import duties, import taxes and standard customs clearance fees. For furniture and other destinations, shipping charges and tax responsibility are confirmed at checkout or in writing before payment.
